SolveVisaCase reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

SolveVisaCase is a visa documentation preparation and review platform. We help you prepare a complete, well-structured visa file based on official embassy guidelines. We do not provide immigration advice or guarantee visa outcomes. You submit your application to the embassy or consulate yourself. Our modular services include:

• Visa Profile Assessment ($39): Assessment of whether you are likely to face issues
• Personalized Document Checklist ($59): Exact documents required for your case
• SOP / Cover Letter Draft ($79): Professionally written draft
• File Review Before Submission ($149): Human review of your file before you submit
• Rejection Analysis ($129): Analysis of why you were rejected

We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified immigration attorney for complex legal matters. We do not guarantee visa approval or any particular outcome from immigration authorities. We never submit applications to any embassy or immigration authority on your behalf.

4. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Document Submission & Storage

When submitting documents to our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to submit all documents
• All documents are authentic and not fraudulent
• You will not submit documents containing malicious code or viruses
• The documents do not violate any laws or third-party rights

Document Storage & Retention

By uploading documents, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Storage Location: Your documents are stored in a private Amazon S3 bucket with encryption
• Retention Period: Documents are automatically deleted 6 months after your case is completed
• Manual Deletion: You may request deletion of your documents at any time
• Deletion Timeline: Deleted documents are permanently removed within 24 hours

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required before our consultants begin work on your case. Our pricing is as follows:

• SOP / Cover Letter Draft: $79
• File Review Before Submission: $149
• Rejection Analysis: $129

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided we have not yet submitted your application to the relevant authorities. Refund requests should be submitted to support@solvevisacase.com.

7. Service Process

Our process: you select country and visa type, fill a questionnaire, we generate checklist and drafts, you upload documents, an expert reviews and marks issues, and you submit to the embassy yourself. We never submit applications on your behalf.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by SolveVisaCase and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit fraudulent or forged documents
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Engage in any activity that could harm SolveVisaCase or other users

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLVEVISACASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR VISA DENIAL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolveVisaCase, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
